Marriage is one of the most often discussed topics in Muslim circles. So many theorical knowledge but little practice.

There are different ways in which people find love. Some are your typical boy meets girl. However, some occur in some of the most odd ways possible.

The story i am about to narrate is a true life story. It may sound stranger than fiction but it is a reality. And of course, some details are fictional but just added for dramatic effects but the overall picture remains the same.

It was no more news that Zubaida was getting married. To solidify the point, the marriage IV was sent to the Chem14 group officially inviting all of the 400l students of the Chemistry department to the marriage of Zubaida and her hubby.

"Assalamu alaykum", came in the familial voice from the other end of the call.

" Waalaykumusalam warahmataLah mall. Shamsu" , replied Abu Hanifa.

"Have you heard the news?"

"what news?!" replied Abu-Hanifa not sure of what news his class rep was referring to.

"Oh, cmon, it's about Zubaida's marriage".

" Oh yeah. Congratulations to her and her lucky husband".

"Lucky indeed to have gotten such a beautiful,smart and well-behaved girl in this generation. Anyway, I called to inform you that it would be a good idea to pay a visit to her since she lives in Zaria", suggested Shamsu.

" wow. That would be great"

"Lets make it this weekend"

"Weekend it is then. I would be at your place in sha Allah by 9:00am".

" No problem. See/you when I do".

THE V - DAY.

The Visiting day arrived but little did Shamsu and Abu-Hanifa know that they are going to experience a life changing moment.
