اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئْ الْأَسْقَامِ

O Allah, I seek refuge in you from leprosy, madness, degenerative diseases, and evil sicknesses.”

Bismil-lahil-lazee la-ydur-ru ma'aas-mihi shay-on fil-ardi wala fis-sama-i wahuwas-sameeul-aa'leem
Translation
In the Name of Allah with Whose Name there is protection against every kind of harm in the earth or in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing and All-Knowing
Benefit
The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allaah be upon him) said whoever recites this Dua three times, nothing will harm him.

It was reported that Aisha (RA) said:
“When the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) went to his bed, he would blow into his hands and recite Qul-Huwallahu Ahad (Surah Ikhlas) and the Mu’awwazatain (Surahs Falaq and Nas).
Then he would wipe his hands over his face and his body, as far as they could reach.”
‘Aisha said: “When he fell ill, He would ask me to do that for him.”

Pronunciation
Allahumma innee as-alukal-AAafwa walAAafiyah, fid-dunya wal-akhirah, allahumma innee as-alukal-AAafwa walAAafiyah fee deenee, wadunyaya wa-ahlee, wamalee, allahummas-tur AAawratee, wa-amin rawAAatee, wah-faaz’nee min bayni yaday, wamin khalfee, waAAan yameenee, waAAan shimalee, wamin fawqee, wa-aAAoothu biAAathamatika an oghtala min tahtee.
Translation
O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religious and worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay, and preserve me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and from above, and I take refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth.
Benefit
The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allaah be upon him) never missed to reciting this Du'a in the evening and in the morning.
