Good news : a vaccine for corona has been developed

That would be the typical headlines of most news that are being spread on social media.

At the the of writing this article, there is no vaccine that has been approved for the covid-19. Though there has been a lot of money and effort put into the research. It is estimated that over 140 institutes and research groups are working on it . (1)

Also, Trump went public by saying that chloroquine has been FDA approved for the treatment for the covid-19, however, this is false. The FDA is yet to approve any drug yet for the treatment of covid-19. Limited research says that though there might have been some form.of improvement in the use of chloroquine for the treatment of covid-19,  it is not a cure . (2)
